About a year and a half ago, my sister in law and her husband bought a TON of Halloween makeup kits on sale, and well... just left them at my house. I for one hate clutter, but I also hate just wasting things. Silly silly me unpackaged everything, thinking my home was not going to be their permanent home. So I can't exactly sell them as new on eBay. Some of the stuff is used, but the majority of it is brand new.
I'm wondering if anyone might have any ideas of what to do with this stuff, aside from using it as obvious, as Halloween makeup? One idea I had was maybe I could play around with it in October and do like a daily blog post showing off all of my different looks. I have a feeling I would get bored with that quickly, though. The crafter in me wants to make something with this, but I have no clue what or even where to begin.
Any thoughts?
Speaking of, this stuff here also came with the Halloween makeup kits and I don't believe it can be rightfully called nail polish. Its more like latex. I tried using it tonight just to see what it was like, and its terrible. Its like having rubber painted on my nails. I knew it was cheap polish, but I've used other generic brands before which turned out great. This stuff, no. Awful. Found at Walmart and probably costume shops, Halloween stores, etc. all over the place.
edit: my boyfriend informed me the polish just did not adhere to the polish underneath correctly. regardless, I'll have to try this polish again by itself to see what it does.
