Sorry Facebook, but no.

This will be short but please pardon my rambling.

I tried about ten times just now to log onto Facebook using the PC. Would not let me log in. I'm logged in on my phone just fine, so I know the issue is with Facebook and not me. I finally did get logged in but first I sent them an email for assistance. Here is a chunk of the response I got:

"If you still can’t get into your account, please reply to this email so we can investigate. When you respond:
- Briefly describe the issue you’re experiencing.
- Attach a picture of your government-issued photo ID so we can confirm that you own this account. Review the types of documents we accept and learn how to send your ID over a secure connection: https://www.facebook.com/help/?page=148993491850191.

Note that we we won't be able to investigate this report without a picture of an ID that meets our requirements. After you send your ID, you should hear back from us within 48 hours."

 So here's why I'm rambling:
1) I already described the issue I was having and their response was no help.
2) The issue is with YOUR site, not ME so NO I AM NOT SENDING YOU MY PHOTO ID. Why do YOU need it to fix YOUR site??? No.

It's ironic that we post so many personal things about ourselves to Facebook everyday yet this set me off.

Haha I really need to get back to sleep :P
