Chrome Girl Between the Sheets and Lynnderella Snow Angel

I won these polishes in giveaways or bought them myself.

So awhile ago I won Lynnderella's Snow Angel. All of the swatches of it that I've seen looked so beautiful and I knew this one would be perfect for Winter. Almost all of the swatches I've seen of this polish have paired it with white, which I thought looked gorgeous. So instead of listening to my instinct, I did this manicure I will share with you today.

First I started with 2 coats of Chrome Girl's Between the Sheets. Yes, this one actually required 2 coats. I seriously need to find a good white 1 coater! Anyway, here's Between the Sheets.

It applies easy enough, dries well, but as I said.. this one required 2 coats and it was still a bit uneven after application. Not terrible though. But I hate how it looks on me. I'm not fond of solid colors on me, so maybe that was it? No, I think it was the white.. I think it's just too white for me. Anyway, next I applied 1 coat of Lynnderella Snow Angel.

What the heck was I thinking applying white glitter on top of a white polish??? Why why why did I do this???

I will use Snow Angel again at some later date and use it hopefully in a way that is much much more me. For now... I TRIPLE crackled it! :D

(please pardon my pinkie nail being a little wonky. I got super glue on it last week and the glue WILL NOT COME OFF!)

Unfortunately you can't really tell from my pictures, but this actually turned out quite pretty because some of the glitter shinned through the layers of crackle. I used Sally Hansen Cherry Smash, Avon Gleaming Emerald and Tip Top Nails South Africa Iceburg.

I know everyone is pretty much sick of crackles but you know what? This made me happy. I love how this turned out and I love how flexible crackles are because you can do a lot with them, you really can.

Please leave a comment and let me know what you think of any of these manicures! :)

(... and yes.. I did use white crackle over white glitter over a white creme!)
