Mega Mineral - All in One Multi Mineral Review

Good morning my loyal readers. I have little to really talk about for once, so I'm going to go straight to the review for today. I remember several years ago my sister once advised me that she had better weight loss results while taking a multi-mineral, so when the opportunity presented itself, I thought "Why not?" Today I will be reviewing Mega Mineral from alohaGenix.

 Review:

I like this multi-mineral because it does contain a lot of key minerals, especially magnesium potassium and calcium which is like a holy trio of minerals in my book. I also like this product because it does not contain iron. As a woman, I know a lot of times I may be low on iron but I always worry about taking products which contain iron because there is such a thing as too much. Coming from Ohio, a state where thyroid problems are a major issue, I also like that iodine is included in the supplement. I'm also a firm believer in using D3 for overall health so I like that this is included as well. Those are just the few minerals in this product which I'm most familiar with.

As for the product itself, hopefully you can tell from the picture these tablets are quite large so if you have difficulty swallowing pills this may be a concern. To be honest, the majority of the time I was testing these, I was only taking half a dosage! I somehow didn't read the serving size correctly or something so that was my mistake. However, once I did up the dosage to two tablets I did notice I seem to have more energy. Although I'm sick, I don't feel nearly as sick and drained as I normally do so I'm guessing the Zinc and D3 in this has really helped.

I should mention that I am very sensitive to supplements so in general I do notice subtle results very quickly, in general. I didn't really notice much difference with this until I increased the dosage although as I mentioned I think it has helped keep me healthier upon reflection.

I wish I could give more feedback on this product since these things can take a long time to notice obvious results. Unfortunately I'm under a time limit for this post but I will update if I notice any other changes.
