Yes, I am back!!! I needed a break from the blog for awhile, so I plan to get caught up on some reviews within the next month or so. Would you believe I haven't even painted my nails in like 2 months?!?! I seriously needed a break from essentially everything in my life for awhile but now I'm back at it in full storm so let me begin with today's review of the Freeman Feeling Beautiful Voxbox. +freemanbeautyuk +Influenster #contest #FeelingBeautifulin5
I am very familiar with Freeman, as I've been using their products for a very long time but Influenster sent me 5 mask samples to try out and I was happy to get mostly ones I wasn't already familiar with.

Review:
I used these products in the order given above over the span of several weeks, typically 1 mask per week. I really like the Avocado and Oatmeal Clay Mask, which I believe I've actually used in the past but I was really happy and surprised to find it dried very quickly. It dried in just about 5 minutes. In my experience that's pretty fast for a facial mask. The other thing I liked about this mask is I only used maybe half of the package so I can use the rest another time.
Below is a picture of me using the Avocado and Oatmeal Clay Mask. I know, adorable, right? :D
The Charcoal & Black Sugar Polishing Mask I liked, but I found I had to really squeeze to get every little bit out of the package in order to fully cover my face. I don't think I had ever used an overnight mask until I tried Freeman's Honeydew & Chamomile Sleeping Mask. With the chamomile, I expected to sleep better but ironically my boyfriend and I both had trouble sleeping that night so I don't know if it had something to do with the mask or not. Regardless, this one did seem to dry out my face.
The Cucumber Peel-off Mask is one I have used in the past, and it's one I'm not crazy about for the following reason. I grabbed the package, headed to the bathroom to take a nice long bath not realizing which mask I had grabbed. The problem with this mask is that it does have to sit and dry for several minutes and I've found that with the humidity of the bathtub, this mask pretty much never dries! Definitely not for use on spa day :( But if you just want a mask to use while sitting around reading a book or watching TV, whatever, it's fine. However, in the past when I used this mask I found it difficult to fully remove from my skin. I was usually left with stray strands in my eyebrows, hair, etc. so I usually ended up washing my face to get every little bit off and even then it was still kind of messy so this one isn't my favorite but once again I did not use the entire package.
Lastly is the Coffee & Chai Energizing Paper Eye Mask. I left this one on for about ten minutes and took it off when I felt a little bit of burning. I'm glad I took it off when I did because when I looked at Instagram, I saw a picture of one woman who got chemical burn from this mask! Yikes! If you have sensitive skin I would suggest not using this mask at all or only using it for a few minutes but pay attention to any sign of burning.
Yeah, I kind of felt like Wonder Woman with the Paper Eye mask :D
These masks can be found at Walmart, their Web site and other places beauty items are sold. (I love their Pineapple Enzyme Mask - smells and feels wonderful - almost smells good enough to eat!) If you purchase from Freeman's Web site, you get a free sample with every order, too :)
My thanks to Freeman and Influenster.com for providing me with these product samples to test.
